Our statement
Read the FAQ'sAs you are aware the coronavirus (Covid-19) is an ever-present and ever-growing danger. This has seen the government implement new legislation to ensure we are all protected.
Insurance is considered an essential business, providing a service so that key workers can drive to work and essential journeys can continue. So, we understand that during this unprecedented time your insurance requirements will still need to be fulfilled and we are trying to operate as close to normal service as possible, however as you can appreciate, we have some staff self-isolating. This means that you will experience longer than normal hold times, but rest assured we are doing everything we can to minimise this.
To make it quick and easy for you we are in the process of making some changes to our website so you will be able to do the following online:-
• Change your vehicle
• Update your address
• Renew your policy
• Collect your documents
• Upload your documents
• Report a claim
• Make a payment
Therefore, we ask that you only call us if it is vital or your needs aren’t catered for online, this way we can provide a far better service for as many of our customers as possible.
In addition to this, we have created an FAQ page to answer many of the questions we are typically seeing at this time, including things like “what if I need to use my car for emergency business use”, please click here to check our FAQ’s before calling us.
There is also a call back facility available, so please click here to arrange a callback and we will prioritise your calls as quickly as possible.
We thank you for your assistance with this matter and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
